All participants and accompanying persons must register for the conference using the Registration Form. In order to register and pay the fees for the conference, please proceed as follows:
1. Please fill in the registration form (registration.doc, registration.pdf) and price your participation, including fees for accompanying persons, if any.
2. Pay by credit cards

Early registrations are until 21st May 2011.
The late fee will be automatically charged if your payment has not been received by 21st May 2011.
* The registration fee for delegates covers: Access to all sessions, the abstracts booklet, the welcome pack, the welcome reception, 3 lunches, refreshments during coffee breaks, & Social events during the conference including the conference dinner. The accompanying person’s fee covers the welcome reception, the social events, including the conference dinner.
Confirmation
Once your payment has cleared into the conference bank account the Conference Secretariat will confirm your participation in the conference.
Cancellation policy
In case you are unable to attend the conference, a notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing (e-mail) to Xenia Aggelousi (DEA2011info@deazone.com)
Cancellation of registration received before 21st May 2011 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 100 € plus any bank charges for the return of the balance of the registration fee.
In case of cancellation after May 21st, fees are non-refundable. |
