We invite the submission of original research from colleagues working in the area. Next to education economics research in general, we especially welcome research that focusses on parental involvement, financial literacy, behavioral economics, and inequality in education. Both macro and micro-economic topics are of interest to this workshop. It is organized by the research center &#8216;Leuven Economics of Education Research&#8217; (LEER) of&nbsp;the Faculty of Economics and Business at KU Leuven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop is followed by the PhD defence of Joana E. Maldonado at 1 pm: &#8220;Should Parents Get Homework?
